Payment & Dispatch: All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch or delivery.

Delivery & Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection. Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported in writing (including via email) within 48 hours of receipt.

Warranty & Liability: Our liability for any defective goods or services is strictly limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the invoice value, at our discretion. We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

Title of Goods: Title and ownership of the goods specified in this invoice shall remain with the Seller and will not pass to the Buyer until full payment is successfully cleared and received.

Cancellation & Returns: Orders once processed cannot be cancelled or returned without prior written approval. Custom, made-to-order, or printed goods are strictly non-refundable.
