We primarily ship orders through Delhivery or another suitable courier partner, depending on service availability at the delivery location.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Time
Normal Shipping
- Shipping charge: ₹40 per order
- Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days
Express Shipping
- Shipping charge: ₹100 per order
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days
Customers can select their preferred shipping option during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
The estimated delivery timelines begin from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact information provided during checkout.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, PIN code, and contact number. We will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, take photographs or a video before opening it and contact us immediately.
Any shipping-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided incorrect delivery details, the customer may be required to pay the applicable reshipping charges.
